Scholarship Sponsorship

We know there are some writers who want to attend educational events who simply can’t afford it. If you are feeling benevolent and even somewhat successful and want to help give back to the writing community, nothing says it better than a scholarship. We create calls-for-writers who will send a letter stating their need, and you can chose the beneficiary either anonymously, or in the name of a company or another person, if you prefer.

As we are now using WooCommerce, we can generate a coupon code for a limited number of uses, to dovetail with whatever generosity you can provide. We will give you the code or send the code anonymously to your benefactee.

In-Kind Sponsorship

We are always looking for ways to deliver the best services to attendees and guests, while saving where we can to help keep the cost of the event affordable. We provide more for our valuable attendees than most events, from good free coffee in the morning, to bottled water (and sometimes snacks) in the afternoon. At a recent one-day event, our guests consumed 300 bottles of water. If you can provide any of these services, we are happy to distribute them with your name on them and/or place a sign to the effect, “Dedicated (or Sponsored) by yourcomany name and logo.”

We’re also open to trade promotion for printing services, items for our goodie bags (from pens to bookmarks to DVD’s) to the bag itself. We’re also looking for notebook folders and writing pads to give attendees, anything that would show our appreciation for our guests and help make their experience more rewarding. Naturally, you may personalize these items or we will announce your generosity at the event.
